Hardlove Gold Wiki

Pokémon Hardlove Gold is a difficulty hack for Pokémon HeartGold and the Johto region, built using hg-engine. In classic fashion, you fight your way through Johto, face familiar threats from your childhood such as Bugsy's Scyther, and stop Team Rocket's evil plans.

The experience centers around dealing with hard choices in a world with scarce resources and brutal enemy teams. The few humorous turns and easter eggs might just draw a smile while the AI is trying to kick your ass.
